PLEASE HELP ME FIND MY BROTHER

Hello my name is Loretta and I am searching for my brother Donald William Welch born on January 3rd, 1967 in Jacksonville, Florida.  Below you will find a detailed account of what happen concerning my brother's abduction, as told to me by my mother.

MY BROTHER
In June of 1967, my father Mr. Donald Charles Welch (7/10/29) moved my mother Betty Lee Jones (2/18/41), myself Loretta Lee Welch (11/17/63) and my baby brother Donald William Welch (1/3/67) to Christianburg, Virginia.  My fathers two daughters from a previous marriage Patty & Donna Welch lived there with their maternal grand-parents Mr. & Mrs. Pete Dowdy.  When we got there, the house and job that was promise had fell through.
Mom says that we lived in the car for several weeks taking baths, eating supper and the Dowdy's, the Dowdy's daughter Nancy Wood or Woods and Mrs. Mary Denton.  Mary Denton was a good frient of the Dowdy's.  Eventually, Mary Denton took us kids in and we stayed with her for a while, then she sent us to stay with her friends, Mr. & Mrs. Jonny Morris.
  My mom got tired of waiting for my dad to get it together so she called her mother in Baltimore, Maryland to come get her and us kids.  When my grandmother arrived she was told that we kids were ill and could not be moved.
Some how or another they got me in the car but the baby was no where to be found.  Dad promise to stay behind but he did'nt.  Mom left for Baltimore without Donnie assuming my Dad would bring him up.
When my Dad arrived home with no baby my mother was hysterical.  Dad said he would take care of everything and not to call the police.  Dad had got into some trouble in Christianburg before he left and had a warrant out for him for assault.
Dad never did take care of it and I am now searching for my brother.
