The time for political, ethnic, religious and racial divisiveness is past. . THE TIME HAS COME for all the peoples of America to rediscover the true meaning of America as a land of tolerance and hope and recognize that the patriotic duty of all Americans is to question the activities of the government and ensure the government acts in accordance with the laws of the United States with the consent of the governed. . THE TIME HAS COME for all the peoples of America to rediscover the true meaning and the essence of the words WE THE PEOPLE and the reason the enlightened framers of our Constitution put those words first and boldest. . THE TIME HAS COME for all the peoples of America to re-embrace the meaning and essence of a government "of the people, by the people, for the people." . THE TIME HAS COME for all the peoples of America to remind those who govern that they do so at our behest and our desire and that those chosen to govern do so by the will of the people and in accordance with the Constitution of the United States - which belongs to the people. The people, through the Constitution, grant rights and limitations to those who govern. . THE TIME HAS COME for all peoples of America to recognize that the Constitution of the United States does not grant rights to the people by the government - it prohibits the government from passing laws which restrict the rights of the people already granted by their creator. . THE TIME HAS COME for all the peoples of America to demand that provisions of recent laws enacted by Congress which unconstitutionally infringe upon the rights of the people to freedom of speech, freedom of dissent, the freedom to be secure in their persons, houses, papers and effects against unreasonable search and seizure, the right to a speedy and public trial by an impartial jury of the court and their peers be immediately and unconditionally rescinded. . THE TIME HAS COME for all the peoples of America to demand that the sanctity of the Constitution of the United States be respected by the legislative, judicial and executive branches and that further desires on the part of Congress or the people to amend the Constitution be done in strict compliance with the procedures and rules as outlined in Article V. . THE TIME HAS COME for all the peoples of America to demand a complete, open and truthful investigation into the events of September 11, 2001 and an accurate and honest accounting of the failures both foreign and domestic which allowed these events to take place. . THE TIME HAS COME for all the peoples of America to demand that the legislative branch of government perform its due diligence in checking abuses of power by the executive branch and recognize its equal standing in our system of government or be replaced. . THE TIME HAS COME for all the peoples of America to demand of its media and news services that they perform their traditional role as watchdog over the government, cease their role-playing as stenographers for government officials, question the activities and policies the government is enacting in our name and provide the electorate with unbiased, uncensored information with which to make an informed decision. . THE TIME HAS COME for all the peoples of America to demand that government limit its role in society to that proscribed by the Constitution of the United States, which asserts that role to be to establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity. Only the people of America can dictate the mores of our society and it is time to resist the tyranny of the few who would impose their views of morality, religion or philosophy of life through legislative edict or executive caveat. . THE TIME HAS COME for all the peoples of America to recall that the greatness of our past and the hope and the glory of our future lay in the advancement of liberty, not the fear of it. The greatness, the glory and the hope of America is symbolized by the courage of our freedom, not in the restriction of it. The future of America lays in the embracement of our past ideals, the wisdom of our founders, the goodness of our people, the sanctity of our laws and institutions, the belief in our righteousness and in the blood of our descendants shed in her defense - not in the interests of our corporations, the ambitions of our leaders or the fallacies of our politicians. The time has come for all Americans to remember who this country belongs to, who answers to whom and to begin to demand answers to our questions or demand the removal of those who govern in accordance with the laws of our land. .
