| Do you need help and guidance to arrange Elder Care for a parent living in St Louis? We can help... ACM Care is a nonprofit organization of Registered Nurses and Social Workers available to help you, or your loved one, get the health care they need. We have helped people like yourself, with loved ones who want to remain living in their homes, are disappointed with care received in a nursing home or hospital, or simply want an expert opinion before making any long range health care decisions. Our Board of Directors is a local professional group frustrated with the present health care system. We are working together to improve care for the elderly and disabled people living in St Louis and nearby Illinois. Our Professional Registered Nurses (RN) and Social Workers help children of aging parents, seniors unable to get quality care in their home or nursing home, and professionals responsible for overseeing the health care of an elder. Our mission is to improve our client’s quality of life and safety with professional care management and guidance from a consistent expert in the field. Thank You! |
