HOW TO ENTER:
1. Print out the entry raffle ticket below and submit.
NOTE: If you print out several tickets for entry, you only need one money order or check for the entire amount required.
2. For each ticket entered the amount of $ 5.00 in U.S. currency is required. Please send only a Check or Money order for the amount required.
One ticket = $ 5.00 Two = $ 10.00 Three = $ 15.00
4. Make the money order or check payable to Robert D. Kilgallon and Mail to: Attn: Robert D. Kilgallon Executive President 662 Park Ave. Meadville, Pa. 16335
Tickets received without payment, after 15 working days, will be thrown away.
DO NOT SEND CASH – CHECK OR MONEY ORDER ONLY ACCEPTED!
A valid ticket is one that is completely filled out and the required amount is received for the ticket(s)
THE GIVEAWAY
As Valid Tickets payments are received, the ticket(s) will be placed into a large container.
When a total of 350 Valid Tickets are accumulated, one ticket will be drawn, and they will be shipped a computer system as described above, or one equal to or having greater capabilities.
The quantity of valid tickets received will be updated every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday Evening and posted on the web site.
Winners are responsible for all taxes. Shipping is free. U.S. and Canada Residents Only. This Raffle is not Valid for those persons living outside the U.S. or Canada.

A Portion of these proceeds will be given to Underwater Scientific Environmental Research Inc. a Non-Profit 501(c)(3) Research and Educational Corporation listed with the Pennsylvania Charitable Organization and the Internal Revenue Service.Information on Underwater Scientific Environmental Research Inc. it will be forwarded to those requesting it.
Proceeds will then be applied to the Operation of its educational organization called the
American Youth Organization.
Robert D. Kilgallon is founder and the National Director of the American Youth Organization, and the CEO and Executive President of Underwater Scientific Environmental Research Inc.
