CUBA SPORTS TOURS, a division of Sports Promotions International, coordinates team sports tours for all ages and levels of play to compete in Cuba.
Many Americans are unaware that the U.S. Treasury Department issues licenses for Cuban travel providers that qualify legally. The average U.S. citizen still cannot legally travel to Cuba strictly for tourism.
To participate on a sports tour in any sport that is played in Cuba usually costs about $1,800 per person for one week, depending on the time of year. The tour package price includes airfare, hotels, transfers, exhibition games with Cuban teams, breakfast, some sightseeing, and a full-time escort.
