 This site used to contain the Executive Clemency application for Rolf Kaestel, who is serving a Life sentence for the robbery of a fast food restaurant in Fort Smith, Arkansas with a water pistol. Among the documents which once resided here were letters of recommendations from many people, including Rolf's victim in support of his application for clemency. I created this site, against Rolf's wishes in order to provide him a measure of safety from being murdered by the Arkansas Department of Correction for his work in helping me create the Dark and Evil World web site  . The Arkansas Department of Correction didn't murder Rolf, but they have had him buried alive in Utah. He was transferred there in December of 1999 where he resides in Segregation due to Arkansas' having sent with him false records indicating he is an "Extreme Management Problem". Rolf felt that by creating this site some people would believe that the real reason for his work in exposing the crimes and abuses of the Arkansas Department of Correction was to gain his freedom, so he asked me to remove it, which I have done with a heavy heart. I hope that someday I will once again post here the documents which prove that Rolf is a completely reformed man who deserves another change to live his life as the free and productive citizen he wants to become.
