Sango bolted for Inuyasha's favorite tree. She found the Hanyou tossing and turning on his branch. At least I found him, thought Sango, and still in his tree. Just as Sango finished her thought Inuyasha rolled off his branch and landed flat on his back.

*Crack!!*

Sango winced at the sound. That had to hurt, thought Sango. She leaned down to check on the hanyou.

" Are you ok Inuyasha?" Concern evident in her voice. Inuyasha opens his eyes to find Sango inches from his face. He instinctively sprung up. Big mistake.

*Crack!!*

Their heads collided. Inuyasha's head bounces off the ground and stays there while Sango lays on her back in a daze. What a way to start a morning.

Kagome was still asleep. The sun rise didn't effect her one bit. She snored loudly as she enjoyed her dream.

*RIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIING!!*

"AHHHHHHHHH." Kagome rolled right off her bed and onto the floor.

*Whack!!*

"Och!!" a wide awake Kagome lay on the floor rubbing her head. " Gees why did my alarm clock go off anyway it's Saturday." she tried to think." Och. Bad idea thinking makes my head hurt." a smell wafted up to her room it smelled like BREAKFAST!! Her stomach growled signaling she was hungry. Kagome bolted out her room and to the kitchen. Can't think on an Empty stomach.

Inuyasha was the first to awake.Oh gods my head is throbbing, thought Inuyasha, then he remembered Sango. He saw Sango sprawled out on the ground. He crawled over to her.

" Hey Sango you ok. Get up!!" Inuyasha shook the unconscious woman.

" Huh? Oh Inuyasha. Damn my head hurts!!!" Sango had suddenly noticed the pain her head caused.

" Can you stand? Our heads hit pretty damn hard you know." Inuyasha stood back as Sango tried to stand.

*Thud*

Sango fell right back on her butt holding her head. " Guess I'm too out of it to stand up right." laughed Sango bitterly.

" I'll take you back to the village then." with that Inuyasha picked up Sango bridal style and carried her back to the village.

" This is good !!" Kagome ate the delicious breakfast happily.

" I'm glad you like it." Mrs.Higurashi was beaming at her daughter. My she is enthusiastic about my cooking today, thought Mrs. Higurashi. Souta was showing the same sort of entusiasm toward his food but then again he always did.

" So Kagome how are things going in the feudal era." Mrs. Higurashi was attempting conversation.

Kagome stopped just when she was about to take the final bite from the food left on her plate." INUYASHA!!! THAT'S WHAT I FORGOT!!". Kagome jumped up and bolted up stairs quickly getting dressed and grabbing her yellow pack. " Sorry mom I gotta go now. Love you bye." Kagome was out the door in a flash leaving her mother and brother to stare after her.

" She did leave in a hurry didn't she." said Mrs. Higurashi to no one in particular.

" Tell me about it." said Souta.

Inside the hut inuyasha sat in the corner and Sango sat with her back against the wall. Miroku and Kaede sat in the center of the room. All were silent. Suddenly Inuyasha stood.

" I'm going out for some fresh air." with that Inuyasha walked out the hut.

" Kami this thing is heavy." Kagome huffed as she hauled the large yellow pack out of the well. " This thing is heavy." she had gotten used to having Inuyasha bring her and her bag out of the well. " Now to go find Inuyasha." She had an idea of where he might be. She headed into the forest and toward his favorite tree.

Inuyasha walked with no particular destination in mind. He soon found himself standing in front of his favorite tree. The tree he was pinned to for fifty years. He swiftly jumped into his tree and settled on his favorite branch. He had began to drift off to sleep when heard foot steps.

A/N: this would have made the perfect place to end the chapter but I don't want you readers to hurt me so I'll keep going.

They belonged to none other than his beloved Kagome. Their eyes met and held for what seemed like an eternity for both. Kagome was the first to speak.

" Hey....Inuyasha.." she took a step closer.

" Kagome..." Inuyasha continued to stare.

" Inuyasha could you.... come down here.. I have something to umm....tell you." Kagome was quickly loosing her nerve. I have to tell him, she thought, it has to be now he has to know.

" Ok." Inuyasha bounded from his tree and landed silently in front of her.

" Well I.... well I wanted to tell you... ummm." Kagome couldn't will her self to stop stuttering.

" Tell me what?" urged Inuyasha he was curious to what she had to say.

" I'm getting to it just give me a chance!" Inuyasha winced at the tone and Kagome instantly felt bad for yelling." Oh Inuyasha I'm sorry for yelling." Inuyasha just nodded." I was just trying to tell you that......" she paused again.

" Tell me what!" Inuyasha was becoming impatient.

" THAT I LOVE YOU BAKA!!!" Kagome was yelling as loud as she could. Inuyasha blinked once then twice then three times.When Kagome didn't hear a response tears started to build in her eyes. Upon seeing this Inuyasha responded.

" You...love me?"

" YES I love you Inuyasha."

" Kagome...."

" Yes"

" I....I......I love you too." Inuyasha spoke quietly.

" You what?" Kagome thought she heard him, but then again I might be going crazy, thought Kagome.

" I.. I said that I... love you." he said it loud enough so she could hear him. Kagome paused for a moment letting it sink in then threw herself into Inuyasha's arms. They stayed like that for a while then Kagome pushed away much to Inuyasha's confusion.

" What's wrong Kagome." Inuyasha sounded hurt that she pulled away.

" What if all this is a dream."

" A What?" Inuyasha was looking at her strangely.

" That's what it has to be you are just a dream."

" NO Kagome I'm REAL I love you."

" How can you love me dreams can't love." Inuyasha stared at her as if she had lost it.

" I'm real."

" Prove it Inu.." before she could finish her sentence Inuyasha captured her lips in a passionate kiss. She tensed at first because it surprised her then she leaned into it sighing in contentment. To soon for Kagome Inuyasha pulled away. She let out a small wimper.

" Now do you believe me."asked Inuyasha
