Hi Guys I just wanted to let you know that you can do anything as long as you put your mind to it. I can't believe it but I made it into the national honor roll. I don't know why but at the beginning of the high school I decided to do the best that I could do in all my classes and it paid off in the end. So all you got to do is give it your all and you will get positive results. Q: Keisha, how do I start a clothing line? A: I started because I was a tomboy and my mom told me to draw what I liked and I didn't draw very well so she and my brother drew them again and she took them to a very nice lady and she made me 15 different outfits for school and my mom went to one of her friends and had them make my t shirts with my sayings on them. After that I started to get compliments and people wanted to by them. So if you have an idea just go for it. Remember if you make money and keep putting it back in you'll make more. GO FOR IT! Hey Guys I'd like you to meet a new Pretty Tomboy friend of mine, Rachael Scdoris. She lives in Oregon. What an inspiration! Check it out! Keisha Rachael Scdoris Professional Dog Sled Racer www.sleddogrides.com Rachael is not your typical 17 year old girl. She loves to get dirty. ?The dirtier the better,? she says. That?s an easy thing to do when you are caring for 100 dogs! At Rachael's home, her and her father's day can start as early as 4:30AM to get the dirt roads watered down for their morning dog runs. They prepare their dogs for competition during the dry months by rotating the dogs through a 3 mile running course. As the season draws closer, the dogs go for longer and longer runs. Rachael is a top competitor in the world of dog sled racing. This year, she hopes to be placed within the top 20 in the world, maybe even the top 10! This alone you might think mpressive, but Rachael is also legally blind. She says, "it would be silly," to let her impaired vision stop her from doing anything. Along with dog sled racing, Rachael is a spokesperson for Atta Boy Dog Food (also Rachael's sponsor), a distant runner on her high school track team, and is set to compete in the 2004 Paralympics (Olympic games for people who have assorted physical challenges). One of Rachael's goals is to win the Iditarod in her rookie year. With her passion and her love for her dogs, Rachael is well on her way! About basketball its like any thing else practice makes perfect. So after you do your homework ask your parents if you can go outside and practice free throws, because free throws can win the game once you get on the court the foot work will come. Also try to go to basketball camps they teach u alot.
