Renters will remain as renters under the T-SOP Equity Lease Plan but will gain many of the financial and investment benefits of homeownership.
The T-SOP Equity Lease program will be marketed to Apartment Owners by RENTCO and will made available to renters by Corporate/ REIT Apartment Owners.
To receive the financial benefits of the T-SOP Equity Lease plan renters will sign the T-SOP Equity Lease Amendment and pay a low initial flat service fee to RENTCO.
Through The T-SOP Equity Lease Plan renters will gain the financial benefits - to receive these benefits
under the T-SOP Equity Lease Amendment Agreement, renters agree to:
1.Extend their current Lease term to five or more years.
2.Accept a T-SOP funding Loan.
3.Purchase stock in a desiginated Apartment Owners corporation.

The T-SOP Equity Lease Plan offers renters a new low risk, equity real estate investment vehicle which will enable renters to finance the purchase of stock equity in their Landlords Corporation.In addition, all costs of participating in the T-SOP Equity Lease Plan are included in a renters monthly rent payment.This is accomplished without increasing a renters monthly rent payment - for the entire T-SOP lease term.
The T-SOP Equity Lease Plan will enable a renter to harvest both short and long term capital appreciation gains. Short term T-SOP participation (three-five years), should give Renters an investment vehicle that yeilds equity appreciation and credit improvement benefits simular to those of homeowners. Rentco will initially market the T-SOP Equity Lease Plan to renters in Class "A" apartment buildings owned by publicly listed Corporations and/or Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITS).Class A - high rent payers will benefit most from participation in the T-SOP Equity Lease plan since the monthly rent paid by this catagory of renter will allow them to finance a substancial initial T-SOP stock portfolio as well as to receive a large potential loan interest tax deduction benefit.
Once the T-SOP Equity Lease Plan is proven effective in the luxury renters market,the T-SOP Equity Lease Plan may then be made available with minor adjustments and perhaps government loan gurantees or rent grant assistance,to afforadable Housing Renters and Section 8 renters.
