Shadow operations department (Shops) is an organisation which works within the intrests of public safety.

We work on a verbal contract basis with whom we see fit and reliable to take orders from; we check out of the reliablity of the causeand the nature of the assigment.This department was formed 2 years ago to stop a gang of individuals from terrorrising the younger pupils of our school. We have done many things since then all of which have been sucsessful in making our year in school better.

We work in teams of 5 for black ops (assignments) and in partners (2) for federal assignments, where teams of 5 are not needed.
