| Will I Rise? |

| I sit in my room watching the sun slowly set And the stars begin to come into view I'm sitting here wondering Wondering if the sun will rise again tomorrow And if it does will I rise with it? Will I rise with the same energy And grace that the sun has? Will I rise to over come the fear Of not belonging that each day brings me? Will I rise to show the world who I am? And if so, will they like with they see? Will I rise to love? Or will I rise to be loved? Will I rise to be joyful? Or will I rise to be loath in the depths sadness? Will I rise to live? Or will I rise to die? Will I rise... And if I rise today Will I rise again tomorrow? |
