The sims 2 also allows you to make custom clothing, make-up hair and more! To do this, you will have to go onto the sims 2 bodyshop. Next, you will click on create parts, start a new project, click on creat clothing to make clothes, and then pick a shirt or pants that looks like the type of outfit that you would like to make. Once you have done that, export it by clicking on the pickure of the folder and the arrow pointing right at the bottom of the page. Next you will name your project without any spaces. This made it so that when you open up a program such as paint, or paint shop pro and open up that folder,, you can get working on it! Ok so lets continue. After you have exported your choice of clothes, open up your paint program, and go under EA games, then the sims 2, and then click on the projects folder. Then you will click on your project name. Here comes the fun part! Next, you will see some folders like alfa, and two other ones. Click on the alfa one if you want to delet parts of the shirt or pants like make the shirt shorter or something, and click on the other ones if you want to change the color of the shirt, or add something on it like a logo.
If you want to make custom hair, you will have to do the same thing, but instead of clicking on create clothes, you will click on creat genetics. Next, click on the hair picture which is the third picture, and then export it again. Next go back to your paint program and open up the alfa folder. You will see letters in front of the folders like e a t k that means elder, adult, teen or kid. So click on the folder with the right letter in front of it that you are designing the hair for. If you click on the alfa folder, you can change were there is hair on the sims by making the parts black.
