After careful and lengthy research, the answer to this question is obvious. Tomato soup that is contained in a "Sippy Cup," is a drink. It is a liquid form and is DRANK from a cup. In my research, it is shown that more intelligent or superior people believe it to be a drink and the dumb, or inferior people, believe it to be a food.
