| HOW GOD DEALS WITH SIN. |
| Beginning with the book of Genisis through Revelation, God has given man a detailed description of the battle between good and evil. Also he has provided a plan for man's redemption through one man Jesus Christ. Whereby by one man, Adam, sin entered into the world all mankind received his sinful character through the passing of DNA from generation to generation, whereby all man was comdemned to death. For the wages of sin(is the trangression of the Law or Ten Commandments) is death. To provide a way for man to satisfy, fufill, or meet the requirement of the law, God instituted the ceremonial law or commonly called Moses's Law, which involved the sinner placing his hands upon the animal and confessing all sin and then killing usually a lamb or turtledove by the sinner himself,(symbolically by doing this act the sin of the sinner was transferred to the animal) after which a priest would collect the blood of the sacrificed animal and would sprinkle it before the ark of the covenant which contained the Ten Commandments. In this manner instead of the sinner dying to satisfy, fullfill, or meet the requirements of the law(Ten Commandmants) an animal, usually a lamb, was offered instead. The sprinkling of the animal's blood by the priest symbolized the covering of the sin by the sprinkled blood in front of the ark of the covenant. The sin is not blotted out it is just covered by the blood of the animal and remains in the most holy place in front of the ark of the covenant. The priest had no power to forgive the sinner, but it was by the shedding of the blood of a lamb that had no spot(had no imperfections, pure, chast, holy, blameless) that when the sinner would place his hands on the head of the lamb and confess his sin and his sin was then be transferred onto the lamb and by his own hands the lamb would be slain. The priest would simply collect the blood(the life is in the blood) and sprinkle it before the ark of the covenant and pray to God for acceptance in behalf of the sinner. This Law of Moses of Ceremonial Law pointed forward to time when Jesus Christ's(the Lamb of God)blood would be shed by sinners and offered up to God as an offering for the sins of all of mankind. This effectively eclipsed the Law of Moses or Ceremonial Law in that now no longer was the sinner required to slay an animal to get forgiveness of sin, instead now Jesus Christ fullfilled the requirements of the law by shedding his blood on the cross, dying the death of a sinner, and ascending to heaven as our high priest. Now sinners can confess sin directly to Jesus Christ in heaven and Jesus Christ himself sprinkles his blood in front of the ark of the covenant to cover sin.

| MISCONCEPTION ABOUT THE JEWISH SABBATH |
| There is a common misconception about the sabbath, in that some people think it belongs to the Jews, nothing could be further from the truth. The bible gives the answer in Genesis chapter 2, notice the at the end of creation week God rested from his work on the 7th day, blessed the 7th day, santified it, and made it holy long before the mention of any Jew. Even if you read the 4th commandment in Exodus chapter 20 the bible lets you know that the sabbath belongs to God, he only commanded man to keep the 7th day sabbath holy and do no labor on this day. Let no man tell you that the sabbath belongs only to the Jews, because this teaching goes contrary to what the bible says about the subject. Jesus Christ sheds even more light on the subject when he said" The sabbath was made for man and not man for the sabbath". In other words the sabbath was made not only for the Jews but for all mankind and not just a particular group of people were to lay elclisive rights to the sabbath. In fact it was the Jew's themselves that laid claim to the sabbath as their private holy day, which was contary to God's purpose for choosing them as a chosen people. In was God's intent that this chosen people would would take his laws, statues, and ordinances to the pagan nations around them and that the whole world would learn of the wonderful nature of God. Instead of spreading the light they had been given, the Jews shut up God's word to themselves and emulated the pagan nations that surrounded them againsted the wished of their eternal God Jehovah. Over centuries of rebellion against God's instruction the sabbath becamed forever attacthed to the Jewish Nation. |
